Helpful information about septic care, portable toilets and RV pumping.
How often should I have my tank pumped?+
Mugzie’s describes a typical interval of three to five years. Household size, tank capacity and usage can change that schedule. Discuss your system with the team.
What changes should I mention when I call?+
Tell the team about slow drains, gurgling, backups, sewage odors or wet ground near the system. These symptoms need assessment; they do not establish the cause on their own.
Should I use septic additives?+
Mugzie’s does not recommend additives as a substitute for pumping. Routine service and the natural bacteria in the tank remain important.
Can I drive over the septic system?+
Keep vehicles off the tank and drain field. Their weight can damage components and compact the soil.
Do you pump RV and camper tanks?+
Yes. Mugzie’s offers black-tank pumping for RVs and campers. Call to discuss scheduling and access.
Do you service portable toilets I already own?+
Yes. Cleaning and pumping of customer-owned portable toilets are listed services.
Are accessible portable toilets available?+
Wheelchair-accessible options are available. Ask the office about availability for your dates and location.
What does service cost?+
Contact the office for pricing based on the service and location. Published fixed prices were not provided.
